Not only is Band Pro an Authorized Sony Warranty Service Center, but we also provide warranty service for S.two, Codex Digital, and Astrodesign products. Additionally, Band Pro can manage warranty service for any product on the Band Pro line card. Because of our long relationships with many of the top manufacturers in the industry, we know the ins and outs of their service procedures and can make sure your equipment gets to the correct repair department as well as check status of the repair.

For Sony service, Band Pro has two Sony-trained authorized service technicians on staff. When it comes to volume, Band Pro is second only to Sony's Glendale, CA facility in service, maintenance, board installations and upgrades for high-end CineAlta cameras. We also perform service on Sony's line of broadcast cameras, from current model XDCAM cameras back to DigiBeta. Out-of-warranty service is available as well.
