BROWSING THE WEBSITE
Some specialty items on our website require a custom quote.
Our inventory levels change regularly. If an item on the website is showing as “Out of Stock”, we suggest that you send a request for a quote and include that item. This will be the easiest way to find out about the projected availability of the item and to make sure that you are in line to purchase it when the items are back in stock.
PLACING AN ORDER
While we make every attempt to ensure that items showing as “In Stock” on our website are in stock at our warehouse, physical inventory levels can change quickly and unexpectedly. In the event that the item(s) you have ordered are no longer in stock we will contact you with a projected availability date and will refund your order if necessary.
Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to locations in California.
All credit card orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. All PayPal orders must be shipped to a confirmed address. To ship your order to another address, please contact our sales department directly at 1-866-226-3776.
In the case of large orders exceeding a certain amount, we may contact you to verify the order and your information. This is for your security as well as our security.
At the moment we can only accept orders originating from and delivering in the United States.
In order to make your shopping experience as easy as possible, we accept a number of different payment methods. They include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout.
At the moment we do not offer same-day shipping. All orders will ship on the next business day. If you require faster service, please contact our sales department directly at 1-866-226-3776.
All online orders will be shipped with insurance. Your shipping cost will automatically include insurance.
All shipped orders require a signature at the time of delivery.

RECEIPT OF ORDER
When you receive your order please check it immediately to confirm that all items ordered have in fact been delivered. We advise that you keep the original packaging for at least two weeks. Sometimes the packaging contains information necessary for registration or warranty purposes.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to return any items from your order you must do so within 14 days of receiving the equipment. Before returning any equipment to Band Pro, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to call 1-866-266-3776 to speak with a customer service representative and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns.
All returned items must be in “like new” condition and include all original packaging, literature, manuals, accessories and a blank warranty card. If any components are missing, the packaging is damaged, or the warranty card has been filled out, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
A restocking fee of 15% - 25% will be charged for all non-defective equipment returned.
All refunds will be processed in the payment form in which they were received. Please allow 1-3 days for refunds to be processed.
Band Pro does not accept returns for the following types of products:
- Recording Media
Equipment found to be defective can be exchanged within 30 days if it is physically in “like new” condition and includes all original packaging, literature, manuals, accessories and a blank warranty card. If these conditions can not be met, the equipment will need to be sent directly to the manufacturer.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If the order has already shipped we require that you return the products unopened within 14 days. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
