The DWT-B01 digital body-pack transmitter is compact, lightweight and built with a sturdy die-cast magnesium body. The /1424 model operates within a 72 MHz range, from 470 to 542 MHz. Audio input is selectable from either mic or line level. The DWT-B01 provides a choice of 1, 10 or 50 mW RF output. The transmitter operates for approximately 5 hours using two AA size alkaline batteries at 10 mW output power. The DWT-B01 supports use of alkaline, lithium, or nickel-metal hydride batteries. Transmitter functions; including input attenuator, RF frequency selection, RF power output, Audio LCF frequency and a power sleep mode (in the transmitter) can be remotely controlled from the digital wireless receiver.

  • Superb Quality Wireless Transmission & Reception

    The digital wireless microphone system transmits & receives high-quality 24- bit/48-kHz digital audio in a specific frequency bandwidth that meets the Wireless Communication Regulations of each country. Utilising the Sony original codec based on Sony's years of experience in engineering audio products, the system delivers a wide dynamic range of more than 106 dB, a wide frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, and an excellent transient response.

  • Stable and Secure Transmission & Reception

    Incorporating the newly developed digital modulator, the digital wireless microphone system allows highly stable wireless transmission that is extremely tolerant to unwanted interference.

    In addition, the system transmits & receives digitally modulated and encrypted data to minimize the risk of interception, providing highly secure transmission & reception.

  • Simultaneous Multi-channel Operation.

    The digital wireless microphone system allows for large-scale multi-channel operations. Thanks to the newly developed digital modulator, the system realises an intermodulation-free, equally spaced channel allocation. The digital wireless transmission technology used in this system enables a significant increase in the number of simultaneous operations in comparison with current analogue wireless systems. For example, up to16 channels of simultaneous operation is possible in an 8-MHz operating band.

    Low noise head amplifier achieves -128dBu noise floor.

  • Flexible audio input control

    48dB at 3dB steps audio attenuation supported. Line / Microphone input supported. Transmitter audio attenuation can be controlled from receiver side using Sony wireless remote control system.

  • Flexible battery options

    The DWT-B01 is able to accept a variety of AA type battery, such as Alkaline, Lithium, NiMH etc.

  • Selectable output power

    Various output powers are selectable to provide the user with options for stable multi-channel or long distance operation. (1/10/50 mW)

  • Versatile display using organic LED display

    A variety of information is obtained at a glance from the new OLED display panel, such as the reception channel, Audio and RF signal status, user name, user group, Lock etc.

  • Wireless remote control

    A duplex wireless remote control system is supported. The DWT-B01 is able to be controlled via the DWR-S01D receiver. Settings that are changed on the receiver are automatically sent and changed on the paired DWT-B01 transmitter.

  • Wide operating frequency ranges

    DWT-B01 can operate over a 72Mhz frequency band. (8 x TV Channels).
