PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The extra-long version of the Porta Brace Custom-Fit Rain/Dust/Snow Cover for Sony PXW-FX6 provides extra protection for a larger battery mounted on the back of your camera than the standard version. It features a resilient exterior made of 3-ply Fabuthane nylon, while the interior is lined with a soft tricot material that will help prevent unwanted scratches and is more comfortable on your skin than nylon. The nylon exterior is both water repellent and breathable, so while your camera is covered, it won't overheat. Clear vinyl windows and strategically placed openings for control access allow for easy operation without letting moisture in.
A detachable front visor lets you adjust your coverage to match the weather conditions, as well as the length of the lens mounted on your camera. A quick-change battery back area allows you to swiftly swap out batteries without exposing the camera to the elements. A built-in rain fly provides extra protection from the rain, and the cover creates a tight fit around the lens hood. Your camera remains tripod mountable, even with the rain cover on.
